Limitless App: Privacy Policy
1. GENERAL
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) and any other documents referred to herein is used to inform users and potential users of the Limitless App regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of any personal information relating to the use of the Limitless App. Limitless App is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in connection with the use of the Limitless App.
If you choose to use the Limitless App, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. Therefore, please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Any personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Limitless App. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND USE
In order to provide a better experience with the use of the Limitless App, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name and email address. Furthermore, the Limitless App will collect information which you directly or indirectly input into the Limitless App, as well as information regarding your usage of the Limitless App, and this is described in section 3 below.
Note that there is no requirement for you to provide accurate information to any fields requested by the Limitless App. Any information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The Limitless App makes use of in-app purchases. Apple and Google collect payment card information with respect to any in-app purchases and therefore no credit or debit card information is collected nor processed by us. Note that such payment processors do provide us with some limited information relating to you and relating to your purchase, including but not limited to the time of purchase, your order number, and the expiry date of your purchase. This information is also used by the Limitless App to deliver a better experience.
Furthermore, the Limitless App collects device information such as operating system version, device type, and system performance information.
The Limitless App does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. The links to the privacy policy of these third party service providers are as follows: Google Play Services and Firebase Analytics.
3. TRACKING, LOG DATA AND COOKIES
Whenever the Limitless App is used, the app utilizes certain technologies including but not limited to cookies, scripts, analytics and localstorage in order to provide a better experience. Such technologies enable the use of collection and storage of information. Examples of how these data is used include (but are not limited to): Enable the Limitless App to recognize your device and avoid you from having to re-enter information that could be used for multiple tasks, determine which parts of the Limitless App have been visited, which section of the Limitless App has been used most, how often you engage with the Limitless App, aggregated usage and performance data, etc.
In addition, the Limitless App contains a "Notebook" feature will allows you to enter your notes. The Limitless App does store these notes but for the sole purposes of backup and restore. No information within these notes are used by the Limitless App to provide a better service.
In the event of an error within the Limitless App or within your device, the Limitless App collects data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
The Limitless App does not use cookies explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. If you choose to erase these cookies, you may not be able to use some portions or all of the Limitless App.
4. COMMUNICATIONS
When you sign up to use the Limitless App, we will use the information you provide us to communicate with you. Should you wish not to receive any marketing or promotional correspondence from us, you may email us at support@limitlessapp.co.
5. CONFIDENTIALITY
The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. We do not provide your personal information to any third party without your specific consent, as defined by applicable law.
All information you provide to us through the Apps is stored in secure servers. We do not store any payment information.
Remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION
We do not disclose your information to third parties, except where it may impact the normal usage of the Limitless App.
In some circumstances, Limitless App's service providers (like hosting, market analytics, and payment service providers) require your information to provide functionality to the Limitless App. The Limitless App requires each of its service providers to agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal information.
If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings, similar legal process, or in order to enforce or apply our agreements with you; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Limitless App, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
7. ACCESS TO AND DELETION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Upon request, Limitless App will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. To request this information, or to modify or update it, please email support@limitlessapp.co
To request the deletion of your personal data that we have on file please email us at support@limitlessapp.co. Upon request, Limitless App will permanently delete all of your personal information that is has stored on you.
8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review our Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
